Since graduating from medical school, I have gained extensive experience as a clinician, psychiatrist-therapist, medical educator, leader, consultant, mentor and more. Originally from the Midwest, the past two decades have taken me from quiet rural towns to the vibrant energy of both Coasts. Always curious, I have been drawn to understanding what makes us tick and how we can overcome, or perhaps even reshape, the obstacles in our path.

My time in medicine has taught me the power of empathy, compassion, perspective, and practice in transforming daily life. As a coach, I am not here to give you all the answers. Instead, I am here to offer you a space to explore, to question, to guide and to grow.

When not coaching and navigating daily life, you'll likely find me nose-deep in a book, wading into the waves, exploring some corner of the globe, or just out in nature, soaking it up.
